Rajat Sharma resigns as President of DDCA

Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of India TV, Rajat Sharma has stepped down as President of Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA).

According to media reports, Sharma was unable to gain the support of the apex council members of DDCA to ‘clean up’ Delhi cricket and thus chose to resign. Recently, there have been several high profile exits in the DDCA including CEO Ravikant Chopra, CFO P.C. Vaish, GM Manvi Dhodhi as well as advisory panel members Yashpal Sharma and Sunil Valson.
