Randa Stephan named chief marketing and communications officer at Hill+Knowlton

Hill+Knowlton Strategies has hired Randa Stephan, a former Weber Shandwick marketing leader, as the first chief marketing and communications officer.
With effect from September 15, Stephan will be overseeing the global corporate brand of the firm, along with internal and external communications and marketing across H+K’s 77 offices present in 43 countries. She will be a member of the Hill +Knowlton’s Global Leadership Council and reporting directly to AnnaMaria DeSalva, global CEO and chairman. The past eight years has been spent by Stephan at Weber Shandwick, serving most currently as the global head of marketing and brand in the agency. The launch of the Weber Shandwick Collective Enterprise was led by Stephan in 2021, thereby establishing of their brand and service architecture first ever.
Previously, Stephan was part of The Wall Street Journal as the executive director, where she led the launch of the publisher’s integrated content marketing practice, WSJ Custom Studios.
