Rebel foods partners with Ashika Capital to change the face of cloud kitchens

Rebel Foods, the largest cloud kitchen company has roped in Ashika Capital, an investment banking firm to look after the growth and success for their company. Ashika Capital will be advising Rebel Foods to grow their outreach by roping more independent cloud kitchens and expanding them further.

Within this partnership, Ashika Capital looks forward to helping Rebel locate cloud kitchens from specific cities in an attempt to take them on a pan India level. The brand already operates cloud kitchens for their own brands like Faasos, Behrouz Biryani and Oven Story. Rebel also outsources kitchens for famous brands like Mad Over Donuts, Anand Sweets and Wendy’s. This partnership aims to bring more such brands, big and small, on board with Rebel Foods to give a boost to the cloud kitchen culture.

This collaboration comes at an extremely vital time as a sharp rise is seen in the number of cloud kitchens around the country since the onset of the pandemic. In such a scenario where more and more people are inclined towards ordering food online owing to the convenience and safety that comes along, this is a great opportunity for the brand to expand its horizons.

Speaking about how the collaboration with Rebel Foods is going to benefit both the entities and the increasing popularity of the concept of cloud kitchens, Mihir Mehta, Senior Vice President at Ashika Capital said, “.....”

This association is hopeful to bring about positive changes in the F&B industry of the country and to place smaller and bigger cloud kitchens on the Indian map. You can read more about Rebel Foods and Ashika Capital here,
