Recur Club appoints Swarandeep Singh as Senior Director of Growth

Recurring revenue-based fintech Recur Club is pleased to announce that they are strengthening their leadership team with the appointment of Swarandeep Singh Kambo as the Senior Director, Growth. In this new role, Swarnadeep will be responsible for accelerating the organization’s growth journey. He will also be devising and operationalizing long-term partnership framework and growth strategy, establishing strategic tie-ups  with VC’s,accelerators,startup communities and partners across channels. With 200 percent of Recur Club  month-over-month growth since January 2022 amidst an unstable economy, Swarandeep’s appointment is the most recent milestone in Recur Club’s burgeoning expansion journey.

With 11+ years of experience working in investments and portfolio management, Swarnadeep has collaborated with over 1000+ companies as a venture capitalist. Prior to this, Mr. Kambo was associated with organizations like Lykke Capital as the Managing Partner, Global Community Manager & Fund Associate for global non-profit organization UNLEASH, Founder and Managing Partner of Lykke Capital, Investment Manager for Madrid-headquartered Axon Partners Group’s funds: VC fund, India Opportunities Fund, and Fund-of-VC funds, Aurora. He has also been a Venture Capital Scout for Tokyo-listed Credit Saison’s corporate VC Saison Capital, where he supported the venture team. Swarandeep has rich experience as an angel investor across sectors including SaaS, D2C, and B2B tech marketplaces, amongst others.

Recur Club allows companies to get upfront capital within hours by instantly converting their recurring monthly or annual subscriptions/customer payments into upfront capital. On the other hand, institutional investors invest in recurring revenue streams of growing companies using their tech platform. In April, this year, the company raised a sum of $30 million in its seed funding round led by InfoEdge Ventures and Village Global, one of the largest such funding rounds in India, till date.

Recur Club also joined hands with Titan Capital the following month to provide up to Rs 100 crore in recurring revenue-based financing to its portfolio companies, keeping with its focus on expansion and growth in key markets, and enhancing its offerings and services.
