Republic TV soars to numero uno spot with record viewership numbers across India

Republic TV has soared with record viewership numbers across India across time bands, according to a release by the news broadcaster.

“With a phenomenal 44% viewership share in super-primetime and 41% all India across time bands, Republic TV is almost 200% greater than the closest competitor in the English genre (TIMES NOW). Republic TV is almost 270% greater than India today and 330% greater than CNN News 18. Republic TV today is once again established as the undisputed supreme leader of English news in India. These viewership figures have once again established the unshakeable No. 1 position that Republic TV holds in the English news genre,” said the Republic release.

The news broadcaster claimed “no conspiracies, no propagandists, and no fake narratives can change that. Today’s BARC ratings are the ultimate vindication.”

According to the broadcaster, Republic Bharat has toppled Aaj Tak and Poochta Hai Bharat in the leading show across all channels in its slot. “Aaj Tak has been unseated once again. Republic Bharat has emerged as a leader of the Hindi news genre once again,” claims the channel.

According to the Republic release, the recently launched Republic Bangla has “stormed into the Bangla news genre with historic viewership figures toppling ABP ANANDA across primetime. R. Bangla has also emerged across India in the undisputed Number 2 position. The channel has higher ratings than Zee 24 Ghanta, TV9 and Kolkata TV combined.”

“With the performance of Republic TV, Republic Bharat & Republic Bangla, Republic Media Network has emerged as the largest news Network in India by miles, as per BARC ratings. The consolidated viewership is expected to be in the range of 35 to 40 crores,” claimed the broadcaster.

Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief, Republic Media Network, commented, “The viewership across the Network is historical.
