Rolls Royce ropes in Gayathri Sharma as Head of Communications

Gayathri Sharma has been appointed as Head of Communications in Rolls Royce, India & South Asia. In her new role, she will be responsible for internal and external communications of the company and will be based in Delhi.

Sharma is a Communications expert with nearly two decades’ experience in leading crisis communication, corporate and brand PR, and integrated communication campaigns. She is a hands-on leader with expertise in corporate and brand storytelling, leadership profiling, crisis communication, content and integrated communication including digital media. Before joining Rolls Royce, she was a communications leader responsible for corporate and brand reputation, as well as crisis communication at PepsiCo India. 

She was also Vice President at PR consultancy Weber Shandwick where she led the Corporate B2C vertical responsible for managing key client relationships. She has served in various leadership roles at Perfect Relations, VLCC Health Care, BBC News, Today's Traveller and many more.
