Roposo rolls out special Christmas surprises for its users

Christmas is all about spreading cheer and joy in everyone’s life, and in a bid to entertain millions of their users as well as to make some of their dreams come true, Roposo, India’s leading creator-led live entertainment commerce platform, rolled out a bunch of exciting Christmas surprises.

While the #RoposoCarol live show saw a couple of Roposo live streamers entertain audiences with their own unique renditions of a few of the most loved Christmas carols, Roposo fulfilled the wishes of some of their lucky users through their #WishComeTrue meet and greet with one of the most popular live streamers on the platform.

The popular live entertainment commerce platform kickstarted the festive celebrations by presenting an exciting live show - #RoposoCarol. During the musical gig, Roposo music creator Gaurav Gerera, also known for winning Roposo The MIC, along with popular percussionist Yogi presented a fun-filled and energetic mashup of famous Christmas carols and songs like ‘Jingle Bells’ and ‘Feliz Navidad’.

Singer and Roposo - The MIC season 1 winner Gaurav Gerera revealed, “Roposo thrives to give their users immersive and premium live experience and this time around, they gave us an opportunity to entertain people through #RoposoCarol. Yogi and I presented our own versions of popular Christmas carols with a peppy twist to each one. The experience was surreal, and the reaction of the audience spoke volumes of how much they loved our renditions.”

Nayandeep Rakshit, who is popular amongst Gen Z for his fun and engaging content, also pleasantly surprised some of his fans during Roposo’s #WishComeTrue meet. Three individuals with the most creative responses to a social media contest got a sweet surprise from the Roposo live streamer, who met them in-person. They had a candid conversation about his journey from being a journalist to turning into a live streamer, to facing online trolls, and the entertainment industry, amongst other things. During their fun-filled live show on Roposo, his fans also challenged him to sing and dance along with them.

Talking about #WishComeTrue, popular live streamer Nayandeep Rakshit added, “It was not only about their wish coming true, but my wish of meeting my supporters coming true as well, and for that I thank Roposo. I have always believed Christmas to be a festival about joy and happiness, and this year I got a chance to make my supporters happy, who have always showered me with so much love.”

Celebrating the spirit of ‘giving’, Roposo also has a social-first activity #ChristmasCart planned – where consumers may get a chance to win certain items as gifts as part of the contest.
