Rvyalmedia establishes a presence in Sydney and hires Carat talent to oversee the team

In order to lead in the new market, Ryvalmedia is launching an office in Sydney this month. Ryancap CEO Simon Ryan is moving back to his former neighborhood and has hired Bianca Falloon from Carat.

Falloon joins Ryan, her previous boss at Carat, in the general manager position as the agency announced ambitions to scale swiftly in Sydney with an emphasis on investing in capability and expanding its team of digital specialists to meet client demand.

Due to its presence in Melbourne and Brisbane, this is Ryvalmedia's third market. With its expanding portfolio having one common characteristic, many are digital-first and disruptive firms geared toward the new economy, the agency claimed that the market has responded favourably to its concept.

Ryan stated that an M&A plan is in place in Sydney, with chats happening, as has been the case in the Melbourne and Sydney markets for Ryvalmedia.

Falloon joins Carat after ten years of working as a client lead; she left PHD in 2012 as group  account director. After being elevated to the position of CEO in 2013, Falloon reported to Ryan at Carat. A few years later, he moved into the group role. Falloon worked with a variety of companies throughout her time at Carat, including Woolworths, BWS, Pandora, Dan Murphy's, and more.

In 2020, Ryancap was founded. Since then, a sizable number of former Dentsu employees have joined Ryan in his new business. Ryan resigned his group CEO position at Dentsu in 2018. In the new structure, Falloon will work with Joseph Pardillo, the former MD of Carat, and immediately report to Ryan as the Melbourne MD of Ryvalmedia.

She will work closely with the organization's other national offices to develop the Ryvalmedia team, brand, and client portfolio in Sydney, the agency noted.

Ryan expressed his delight that Bianca would be joining the Ryvalmedia team, which would have the support of the larger RyanCap network of companies. Our strategic plan is on track because we have concentrated on hiring individuals with high calibre talent and capability, which has fueled our success.

As a steadfast supporter of the sector driven by client company expansion, we can see the potential in expanding our offering and allying with the ideal client partners. Our goals will be to concentrate on other local and international markets after the business has successfully expanded to Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. The market's need and our client's success-driven relentlessness are closely related to this growth possibility.

Ryan has already discussed his plans to expand Ryancap into new areas via Mumbrella. Ryan stated last year that we would have to wait and see how things turn out about future investments in order to expand up the RyanCap business further after a capital raise for its data and tech business, Foxcatcher.

"I believe it depends on how it turns out. We might not need to raise additional funds if we discover that this investment truly provides us with the gross potential that we anticipate. We might raise another ten or something, though, if we decide to debut this in the US instead—and I have no reason to believe it won't be a success.

Falloon stated of his new position at Ryvalmedia: "I am honoured to be joining Ryvalmedia and have the chance to manage the Sydney team. It's great to be launching in Sydney after watching their success grow over the past two years in Melbourne and Brisbane. What makes Ryvalmedia's offer so intriguing is its distinctive strategy for assisting brands in thriving in the digital economy and its use of data to support business results. I'm excited to help them achieve more success as well as the success of our clientele.

In the category of Media Agency of the Year, Ryvalmedia was shortlisted for this year's Mumbrella Awards. The Royal Randwick in Sydney will host the Mumbrella Awards on August 4.

One of Ryvalmedia's most important clients, MYOB, is now in negotiations to be bought by ANZ Bank for $4.5 billion. It's unclear whether this would affect the relationship in any way.

The $40 million account for the gaming company Bet365 was just won by Ryvalmedia.
