S Naveen Kumar joins SUCCESSWRKS as COO

To support its aggressive growth and further strengthen the management team, S. Naveen Kumar has joined SUCCESSWRKS today as the Chief Operating Officer. Naveen comes with more than two decades of experience in Consulting & Learning domains and moves to SUCCESSWRKS from People Business - Coffman where he was the COO of Indian Operations and CEO of the Gulf Region. Before People Business, Naveen had worked with The Gallup Organization for 12 years and with Toyota for 5 years.

Naveen is a well known name in the HR Consulting space and is recognized as a Business Builder. In all his previous roles, he has led his organizations to achieve exponential growth consistently. His body of work in the areas of Leadership Transformation and Employee Engagement has been well recognized across industries.
