Sabeer Ahluwalia joins BBC Good Food India as COO

BBC GoodFood India has strengthened its top-level management by appointing Sabeer Ahluwalia to spice up the luxury quotient and consolidate their presence in Print, Digital, TV, Social Media and Events.

Sabeer is presently the Chief Operating Officer of the BBC Good Food INDIA, the most powerful and trusted food media brand in the world.

His 13 years of association in the capacity of Brand & Corporate Business Head representing top global luxury brands like Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi & Ducati with diversified industry exposure in luxury, media, telecom, sports & entertainment exposed him to network and learn from the crème- de-la-crème of the society and helped him to augment, maintain & nurture over 1000+ Top Corporate, Ultra HNI’s, Media Moguls, Advertising Gurus, Hoteliers, Illustrious Personalities, Diplomats and bureaucratic relations.

Sabeer has an expertise in engaging multiple luxury brands and creating an IP through adrenaline-pumping dynamic and powerful brands. He knows the art of making the perfect blend of the entire marketing cocktail of luxury, fashion, gourmet, speed and energy – cars, bikes, the partners, the publicity, the actual event, the glitz and glamour, the way he envisage it, is like a perfect sangria; colorful and very delicious – one that leaves a memorable after-taste.

During his stint with ISW Motor Sports – Country’s biggest drag racing company, he was responsible for managing some of the most distinguished super car brands such as: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Maserati, Mini Cooper, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Audi, BMW, Mustang, AMG, Land Rover and among super bikes: Harley Davidson, Triumph, Indian Motorcycle, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Polaris, KTM. Sabeer was instrumental in bringing 11 times Drag race world champion, Rickey Gadson on board, unarguably the best in the field.

During his stint with Quantum Gabriel he was responsible for procuring projects from the international market and successfully executed over 300+ short animated films. QG has developed 11000+ minutes of animated content under his leadership and caters to Indian and International Clients across: US, UK, Europe & Middle East & North African Countries. Produced no less than 100 animated and motion graphic TV commercials for New York 1 channel, Zee TV, Sony TV, TV Asia, WNBC 63 and CNBC.

He is regular in giving talks in prestigious management, medical and engineering colleges. To name some major ones are IIM Calcutta, Calcutta Medical College, Indian Institute of Engineering and Technology and many more. Sabeer is closely associated with ICC’s Young Leaders Forum, Expat Club of Calcutta & Beyond Bengal.

As his Corporate Social responsibility he is working closely with Rising Bengal, Astha, Ummeed and other NGO’s on various social, welfare and industry projects and struggling hard to facilitate the infrastructure of Government Hospitals through corporate branding, eradication of commission system in various pathological labs and actively planning and executing with food wastage policy.
