SaffronStays launches India’s Most Memorable Vacation Home Awards

SaffronStays, the boutique micro-hospitality collective that exclusively manages premium second homes across the country has instituted a first-of-its-kind award to celebrate extraordinary vacation homes. Unlike other awards that highlight technical finesse, the SaffronStays Select Award seeks to celebrate heart-warming stories and unforgettable memories that such vacation homes help create.

The SaffronStays Select award is open to nominations from Home Owners, Architects, Interior Designers and any other individual who may have helped craft an extraordinary vacation home. While the award will recognize and credit associated Home Owners and architects/ designers, it will primarily be given to the very Homes themselves. Nominations may be filled out on SaffronStaysSelect.com. Last date for filling out nominations is February 7, 2018.

The awards will be presented to the most memorable home in 9 different categories, namely,

• Vacation Home with a Beach View
• Vacation Home on a Hill/ Mountain
• Vacation Home in a Forest
• Eco Friendly
• Vacation Waterfront
• Heritage Vacation Home
• Vacation Home With a Unique Structure
• Pet Friendly Vacation Home
• Country Estate Homes

The winning homes shall be selected by an esteemed jury that includes Greg Foster- Editor, Architectural Digest India, Umang Bedi- Ex-MD, Facebook India, Preeti Singh- Editor, Houzz.com, Ashish Shah- COO and Founder, Pepperfry, Shaili Chopra- TV Presenter, Journalist & Founder, SheThePeople and Hrishi K- Radio Personality. These winning homes will be professionally shot and subsequently featured in prime publications including Architecture Digest Holiday Home’s May-June 2018 issue.
