Sahara Media hires Alok Nair as Chief Commercial Officer; plans structural revamp

Alok Nair has been announced as the new Chief Commercial Officer by the Sahara Media Group which as a part of essential internal strategic and structural reinforcements encompassing content, technology, branding and distribution. The network includes myriad news channels under its domain, including entities like national and regional electronic news channels and multi lingual newspapers.

Nair will be essentially working on developing an effective commercial strategy for the media network. Nair holds an extensive experience of two decades in the field of media broadcasting with eminent companies like Bennett, Coleman & Co, Network 18 and Bloomberg TV India.
