Sahil Arora, SVP & Head of CSR, Indeed bids adieu

Sahil Arora, Senior Vice President & Head of CSR, Dentsu International has stepped down from the agency. He used to lead Dentsu's social consulting arm 'Indeed', one of the most profitable divisions for the Japanese multinational in India. He expanded the business to countries like Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Phillipines and Vietnam

He has been instrumental in establishing the CSR practice at Dentsu in India and APAC, building it from scratch to a $150 Mn practice in less than 3 years.

Arora has his expertise in areas including development cooperation, education, Road Safety, Prevention of Substance Abuse, Eradication of Hunger and Technology Aids for Social Development etc.

He is a seasoned professional in the domain of sustainability & corporate strategy, providing 360 degree consultancy on ideation, conceptualization, execution and strategy on supporting Sustainable Development Goals and sustainable supply chains support to accounts like HSBC, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, MG Motors, Vodafone, Idea, Ashok Leyland, CROCS, Societe Generale, L&T, Parle, ITC, Apollo Tyres etc. among many others.

In his previous assignments, Sahil has been a part of the senior leadership teams at Diageo and IL&FS, he also served as an economist with Ministry of External Affairs managing areas like South-South cooperation and International Technology Transfers.
