Sanjay Pugalia & Senthil Chengalvarayan join Quintillion Media's Board

Quintillion Business Media, the company that owns and operates www.bqprime.com, an Indian business news digital platform, announced important changes to its Board of Directors.

The Board of Quintillion Business Media has welcomed Sanjay Pugalia, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of AMG Media, as a Director, as a result of the signing of the definitive agreements with AMG Media. Sanjay Pugalia is a veteran journalist with over three decades of experience who has worked for a variety of Indian and international news organisations. He's worked in broadcast, print and internet media, and he's been a part of a number of significant launches in India. Senthil Chengalvarayan also joins the Board as an Independent Director, which the Board warmly welcomes.

In Indian Business News Journalism, Senthil Chengalvarayan is a well-known name. Senthil was the founding editor of CNBC TV18 and later the Editor-in-Chief of Network 18's Business News Room, a doyen of the industry with over 35 years of expertise. Senthil Chengalvarayan, a prominent business news journalist and presenter, has joined the Board as an Independent Director, which the Board regards as an honour and privilege.

Quint Digital Media Limited and Quintillion Media Limited agreed to sell a 49 percent stake in Quintillion Business Media Limited to AMG Media Networks Limited under a Share Purchase Agreement dated May 13, 2022. The transaction will be closed under standard closing circumstances.
