Sarva Yoga Studio chain ropes in W+K as their brand strategist partner

Sarva Yoga Studio chain has appointed Wieden + Kennedy (W+K) as their Brand Strategy and communications partner. With 91 studios across 34 cities in the country, an ambitious brick & mortar expansion plan and innovative digital solutions, Sarva aims to change the way India looks at mental and physical fitness. Wieden + Kennedy will help the yoga studio chain realise this vision and take their brand and business forward.

Commenting on the association, Gautham Narayanan, Managing Director, W+K Delhi, said, “Sarva is a great example of India’s growing self-confidence. W+K is excited to build on Sarvesh’s young, entrepreneurial energy. We immediately bought into his ambition. Sarva wants to improve people’s lives through yoga and mindfulness, make wellness relevant to a generation that is burning itself out on a daily basis. We are excited to give the brand an authentic voice and help it realise its vision and potential.”

“We felt that W+K understood our ideology, were aligned with our values, and their track record in shaping brands and giving them a role in culture is second to none. Like what they did for women and sports with Nike’s Da Da Ding. They also created brand IndiGo from scratch by positioning it as a cool, young airline designed for the modern Indian traveler. With a unique brand voice, IndiGo became the new benchmark in Indian aviation. With Sarva – yoga and mindfulness, we hope this partnership will achieve a similar effect,” said Sarvesh Shashi, Co-Founder & CEO, Sarva.
