Shraddha-Farhan's Helium Delirium!

This Saturday 5^th November at 8PM, get ready for an explosion of fun and entertainment as the two lead actors of the upcoming film Rock On 2-turned-buddies Shraddha Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar bring the house down with hosts Riteish Deshmukh and Sajid Khan on  ZEE TV’s Vivo Smartphone presents Yaaron Ki Baraat co-powered by Amazon.in and Brooke Bond Red Label. The show is about testing celebrity friendships through a series of fun games, tasks, challenges and the two actors who are just back from their two month-long shoot schedule in Meghalaya will share how they hit it off, what they admire about each other and divulge secrets that will let audiences get to know the two stars better!

The duo had a grand musical entry where Farhan strummed the guitar and jammed with the in house band and Shraddha joined them later singing the title song of the movie Rock On 2. Both Shraddha and Farhan are exceptional singers and have been travelling the length and breadth of the country promoting their upcoming film at music festivals with live concerts. So on Yaaron Ki Baraat, hosts Sajid and Riteish asked them to perform a song for the studio audience but after inhaling helium which makes one's voice squeaky and high-pitched. The complete sports that they are, Farhan and Shraddha without a second thought, actually inhaled the gas from 4-5 helium balloons each to get the squeaky tone. They were seen giggling like school children on hearing their own unrecognizable squeaky, helium-induced voices.  They took the challenge a step further and not just sang but Farhan went on to narrate a shayari and Shraddha delivered a popular dialogue from her father Shakti Kapoor’s film in that voice.

Farhan met Shraddha for the first time at a recording studio where she was called for a range test for their film by the music composers. The two instantly hit it off from there and have been buddies since. Shraddha has gone on record to confess that she had a huge crush on the handsome actor after watching Rock On and always wanted to be a part of its sequel.
