Shuttl appoints ex Bharti Airtel COO (NCR Circle) Venkatesh Rangachari as Head - Growth

Shuttl, India’s largest bus-aggregation platform today announced the appointment of Venkatesh Rangachari as its Head - Growth. In his previous role, Venkatesh was the COO, NCR Circle for Bharti Airtel (Bharti Airtel is the biggest mobile service provider of the country). Venkatesh, an MBA from IIM-B and INSEAD brings with him a rich experience in sales, distribution and marketing, built through stints in several industries and markets across India and Europe.

Shuttl was founded in April 2015 and has pioneered the category of app based bus services in India. Over the past 7 months the company has scaled extremely fast and is averaging around 13,000 rides per day across Delhi NCR. Growing at a rapid pace the company aims to continue to add routes to its platform and attract top talent across disciplines to help solve transportation problems across Indian cities.
