Sideways partners with Ganga Fashions to launch D2C digital channel

Ganga Fashion’s was launched as an unstitched B2B designer salwar kameez and fabric business in 2008 and is today one of India’s leading B2B ladies fashion player. With the current line of business (operating via the wholesaler -dealer - retailer - customer route), there is minimal customer connection and interaction. Given the last 20 years of experience in the B2B segment, the client feels it is the right time to go direct to consumers through an engaging digital channel that would have a wide product range.

Sideways is happy to partner Ganga Fashions to conceptualize and launch the direct-to-consumer digital channel by providing Strategic consulting and creative communication solutions. Through in-depth immersions and consumer apparel insights, the Sideways team would craft a brand positioning and strategy for the launch and also arrive at a design philosophy and identify product adjacencies the brand can venture into. This would then translate into a brand identity for the new brand and a creative expression for communication across digital medium / e-commerce sites.
