Siti Cable refutes reports of acquisition talks with Den Networks

In a statement issued today, May 4, the Siti Cable management has vehemently denied the correctness of a news article that appeared in the May 4, 2016 edition of The Economic Times indicating likely acquisition of Den Networks by Siti Cable.

The statement quoted VD Wadhwa, Executive Director & CEO, Siti Cable, as saying, “There are no such developments between Siti Cable and Den Networks and we would not like to comment on the speculative news being carried out in the media in this regard.”

Meanwhile, the Bombay Stock Exchange has sought clarifications from both Siti Cable and Den Networks with reference to The Economic Times article, headlined ‘Siti Cable in Talks to Acquire Den Networks’. Their replies are awaited.
