The increase in E-commerce business has augmented demand of monitors, printers and computer peripherals from cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Bengaluru. The graph looks skewed when we take a look at the male to female ratio who place orders for B2B products online, with 86% male and 14% female consumers.

The other products that show high demand range from home safes, wall fans, saws, lawn mowers, LED bay lights, diesel engine pump set, portable generators and engine compressors to name a few.

Swati Gupta, co-founder and CEO, Industrybuying commented, “Our reach of over 20000+ pincodes gives us pan India presence. We are well covered and this shows in our order distribution as our orders are spread across a wide geography. It is exciting for us to know that there is immense amount of unmet demand waiting to be tapped all over India.

We analyze and map the selling categories with region and accordingly tweak our targeting strategies. For example unlike Safety Equipments which is a topseller in most other regions, TamilNadu sees a lot of demand for Diesel Engine Pumpsets. We take a lot of strategic and marketing calls based on such and many more data points.”
