Songs Rataan Lambiyan and Ranjha stand tall on Global Excl.US Chart

Amazon Prime Video's recently released war-drama film 'Shershaah' jointly produced by Dharma Movies has had a hugely successful stint ever since its release. Not only did the audience love watching the film but everything about it has become a raging hit.

The songs of this film are an example of how powerful mainstream Hindi music is, resounding with audiences across the globe – both Rataan Lambiyan and Ranjha stand tall on the prestigious Billboard Global Excl. US Chart. While Ranjha debuted on the 73rd position this week, Rataan Lambiyan maintained at the top on 28th position. These song from the Hindi film are sitting in the company of English songs from famous singers like Shawn Mendes, Olivia Rodrigo and Cardi B.

The song Rataan Lambiyan is a melodious romantic number composed by Tanishk Bagchi and voiced by Jubin Nautiyal and Asees Kaur while Ranjha, a song calling out for the loved one has been composed by Jasleen Royal and sung by her, B Praak and Romy. The lyrics of Ranjha are by Anvita Dutt while the song has been arranged by Akshay Raheja.

Directed by Vishnu Varadhan, Shershaah is inspired by the life of Captain Vikram Batra (PVC) and stars Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani in the lead.
