Sony's CID to turn tri-weekly; three new officers to join the team

Sony Entertainment Television spices up the weekend action once again as their immensely popular crime thriller ‘CID’  turns tri-weekly. Produced by Fireworks Productions, this crime-caper series for 15 years has been busting one crime after another be it murder mysteries or robberies. The enthusiasm amongst the audience to watch the show seems to be on the rise with every passing week. The bi-weekly show which is being aired at the 10 pm slot on Friday and Saturday will now be turning into a tri-weekly. It will be aired every Friday to Sunday from the month of July.

 

The crime series turns tri-weekly from Friday, July 1, 2012 with a special episode which will see the entry of three new additions in the core investigative team. Vikas Kumar, Vineet Kumar & Jahnvi Chheda will join team CID. Now the action will get three times hardcore, the thrill three times sharper and the drama three times bigger.
