Star Gold premieres magic of Hrithik Roshan with 'Mohenjo Daro'

Keeping up with the festive spirit, Star Gold announces the World Television Premiere of one of the most anticipated films of the year, ‘Mohenjo Daro’ on 9th October 2016 at 1pm. The film that enthralled audiences for its musical genius, stunning visuals and charismatic performances during its theatrical release, promises to do the same with its television premiere.

‘Mohenjo Daro’ celebrates the brilliance of Hrithik Roshan’s charm. He conveys simplicity and strength and passion with his trademark ease. The film brings to life the magic of the one and only A R Rahman who amazes us once again with his musical prowess and also introduces the extremely talented Pooja Hedge who proves that she is here to stay.

 'Mohenjo Daro' follows the story of a farmer, Sarman (Roshan) who travels to the city of Mohenjo Daro and falls in love with Chaani (Hegde). However their love has to stand up against a power-hungry city chief, Maham (Kabir Bedi), and his brutal son and successor (Arunoday Singh), who are threatened by the change that Sarman represents. The story takes a dramatic turn as Sarman takes upon himself the task of not just winning the love of his life but also saving the civilization against the overpowering city's elite.
