Starcom MediaVest Group & DigitasLBi win Lodha Group's Digital mandate

SMG Convonix, the digital arm of Starcom MediaVest Group in India and DigitasLBi have jointly been awarded the overall digital mandate for Lodha Group, India’s largest real estate developer.

Under the umbrella of this partnership, which will jointly shape the digital strategy for Lodha Group, DigitasLBi will be responsible for managing all digital assets including websites, social media properties and digital creative campaigns. SMG Convonix will strategize and execute media campaigns, promote the brand interests through search marketing, SEO, execute performance driven social strategies and tie up the entire digital effort through web analytics.

Lodha Group is India’s foremost privately held real estate developer with net sales exceeding INR 7500 crores in FY 13-14. A real estate major with a difference, Lodha has brought some of the top global names to India which includes Armani/Casa, Trump brand, yoo inspired by Starck, Jade Jagger for yoo, Greg Norman and Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. They have a promising line up of luxurious residences at landmark destinations being launched in the coming year.

Lodha Group zeroed in on the strong combination of SMG Convonix + DigitasLBi after multiple rounds of evaluation across major digital strategy and digital media firms.
