Sumeet Dubey joins Fork Media’s Inuxu Digital Media as Chief Biz Officer

Pune-based Inuxu Digital Media Technologies has brought on board Sumeet Dubey as Chief Business Officer. Dubey’s appointment further bolsters the company’s belief and effort to help brands reach the regional language content consumers. Based out of Mumbai, Dubey will report to Rohit Bagad, Inuxu’s Chief Executive Officer.

Dubey is a media industry veteran with overall 15+ years of experience in leading big ad sales teams. He has been selling regional language audience and advertising solutions to brands and agencies since a decade. Prior to joining Inuxu, he was associated with Oneindia, India’s largest multilingual publisher. He also worked with 123 greetings and Webdunia prior to joining Oneindia.

Inuxu celebrated its 6th anniversary on May 14 and Dubey’s joining comes at an interesting juncture, where Inuxu’s Adgebra is slated to reach about 80 per cent of India’s internet population by year end. Over the past few years, Inuxu’s native ad platform ‘Adgebra’ has grown to become India’s No. 1 multilingual native ad platform. Adgebra currently reaches 250 million+ unique users, 70 per cent of which consume content in Indian regional languages.

“Native advertising in recent years has taken the fancy of digital marketers in India due to its simplicity, reach and cost-effectiveness. Adgebra offers same native advertising solution along with the power of multilingual solution,” said Rohit Bagad. “Indian internet growth fueled with 4G data connectivity will cross 550 million by 2020. 9 out of 10 new Indian internet users between 2016 and 2021 will consume content in regional language. These data points showcase tremendous opportunity that lies ahead for adgebra. I’m very confident that Sumeet will help Adgebra scale further growth.”

“I have witnessed remarkable growth of Adgebra in the last 3 years. No one comes close to offer the kind of multilingual advertising solutions adgebra offers to marketers,” said Sumeet Dubey. “I along with my team members at Adgebra across India will ensure that every brand and agency is empowered with Adgebra’s solutions and help their brands and clients get maximum reach. Adgebra’s path to glory is incomplete without success of its clients.”

Samar Verma, CEO & Founder of Fork Media Group (majority stakeholder in Inuxu), commented, “We have always been strong believers of the regional story and our acquisition of Inuxu a couple of years back is a strong indicator of the same. Inuxu today operates as one of the largest vernacular native platforms in the country with a scale of 10 billion impressions monthly, delivering about 5 lakh clicks, per day. We are also the only platform that drives about 80 per cent of its revenue from DIY.”

Founded in 2013 at Pune, invested by Fork Media Media Group in 2016, Inuxu’s native ad platform is India’s largest multi-lingual native ad platform with USP of serving native ads in 10+ most spoken regional languages in India. Adgebra’s advanced targeting options help brands reach out to the most relevant audience, yielding better performance and brand reach across 3,000+ sites.
