Sunita Rajan moves on from CNN International

Sunita Rajan, Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales at CNN International has announced her departure on LinkedIn. She was associated with the company for more than five years.

Rajan said "After more than 5 years of working with one of the most trusted and iconic brands in the News business, I have decided that it is time for me to move on to new endeavours. Looking back at the time spent with CNN, I am incredibly proud of the spectacular and resilient Asia team that I have had the privilege to lead and I will cherish the creative brilliance in delivering business results with exemplary team work."

Corinna Keller, Vice President, Advertising Sales - The Americas, CNN International said, "You have left an indelible mark in this brand and many of the global teams that are privileged to work on it. Your sage guidance, advice and contributions will be sorely missed. Whatever or wherever you choose to channel your vision to next will be privileged and lucky to have you. Good luck my friend but not goodbye, you are a friend not just a colleague."

Rajan joined CNN in 2015. She was previously associated with BBC Worldwide Asia for 16 years before she quit as Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales for Asia/ANZ. Speaking about her next move, Ranjan added, "I am keen to collaborate with likeminded industry peers and organizations to bring these ideas to life."
