Taj Lands End to present Arabic cuisine by Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai

Atlantis, the Palm in Dubai and Taj Lands End presents a taste of authentic Arabic cuisine from September 8th to 18th, 2011 at all day dining Vista restaurant. Talented chefs from Dubai's most iconic resort Atlantis, the Palm will tantalize your palate with an array of Middle Eastern dishes at Taj Lands Ends.

Oriental Head Chef, Atlantis, The Palm, Chef Ali El Bourji will serve delicious Arabian favorites ranging from cold mezzes of Hommous, Fattoush and Tabouleh salads to hot buffet varieties of chicken and fish Tagines, baked vegetarian Koftas, Artichoke stew, Vegetables Salona with Lamb Shank, Fish Sayadeiyh and many more available in non-vegetarian and vegetarian options. Chef Ali will also add a new twist to traditional Arabic lentil, chick peas and meatball soups such as the Adas B Hamod, Qeema and Harrira soup. A selection of delectable Arabic desserts such as the Um Ali with dates, Mafroukeh, filo dough pastry Znoud Al Sit and Mouhalabiya with apricot are a must-try. A special "live' Tahina Fountain will provide guests with a variety of falafel skewers, baby marrow, haloumi cheese and lamb kebbeh. Guests can end the meal with freshly brewed traditional Arabic coffee and tea.
