TAM to release data today!

Let’s see what Christmas eve gets for television broadcasters today! TAM data which was scheduled to be released on December 19, 2012 but was deferred due to certain reasons is all set to come with Santa on 24th December 2012, that is today.   

Well, it was decided that the ratings of all channels except those news channels who asked TAM not to share their individual channel’s numbers would be out somewhat on 23 December and  those numbers which will not be disclosed would be clubbed together in ‘others’ along with channels like religious and shopping which have exceedingly low viewership.

But however from January 9, 2013, data for all news channels would be available, including for the period since October for which data had been deferred.
