Tata Motors to launch hybrid city buses

After launching world's cheapest car, Nano and developing the electric version of car Indica. Tata Motors is now working on the hybrid city buses.

These buses will provide eco-friendly transportation solutions in the country. However there is no official statement from the company.

According to the media reports, those hybrid buses are based on LCU and high capacity bus platforms and will come in either diesel of CNG versions
