Tata Teleservices launches Tata Photon TV

Providing the customers with superlative state-of-the-art services, Tata Teleservices Limited, India's fastest growing telecom service provider, announced the launch of a revolutionary feature on its premium offering, Tata Photon TV using Photon Plus. Now, users can subscribe to the ongoing and latest movies from the library of movies available on Tata Photon TV application. The feature is being offered for the first time in India to all Tata Photon Plus existing and new subscribers.

Unlike traditional pay-per-view services offered by several other platforms, where the viewer needs to adhere to fixed show timings, Movies on Photon TV will allow subscribers to watch movies anytime, anywhere as per their preference. Therefore, apart from watching live television channels, subscriber's can now enjoy latest and ongoing movies on the move. What's more! The subscription validity for each movie will be for 30 days. This new feature further adds more entertainment quotient to photoners using Tata Photon TV.

Tata Photon TV application is available as a part of the dialer of Tata Photon Plus device. To subscribe the feature of "Movies on Photon TV', subscribers have to select a channel "Movies' from the category displayed on the Photon TV page. Post selecting the channel, subscribers have to click on a particular movie to subscribe the same. Each movie mentioned in the list will be rated at three levels: Low, Medium and High, as per the popularity and acceptability. Accordingly, the subscription is available in 3 different denominations; Rs 25/- per month Rs 50/- per month and Rs 75/- per month depending on popularity of the movies. With an aim to target the masses, both Hindi and regional movies are hosted.

Tata Photon TV is a Live TV that can be directly streamed onto Laptops or desktops using TATA Photon+ mobile broadband. Tata Photon TV streams TV channel content only in HSIA network. One can select from an exhaustive list of 100+ channels available in various categories like News, Sports, learning, devotional, entertainment etc. Subscribers can also watch their favorite regional channels like ETV Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali amongst others, TV9 Kannada, Sakshi TV, Raj TV, etc...
