Teamwork Communications Group partners StepOne

India’s foremost healthcare communications advisory agency Teamwork Communications Group has undertaken the PR and media communications mandate of StepOne, a nation-wide network of volunteer healthcare professionals using Telemedicine to fight COVID-19. The volunteer partnership will bolster StepOne’s campaign and help widen its reach and impact at this critical juncture in our fight against COVID-19.

StepOne is a first of its kind collective of technologists and volunteer doctors who have come together to leverage TeleMedicine and help governments manage the COVID crisis better. StepOne’s teleconsultation helplines, available in multiple languages, are powered by thousands of volunteer doctors across the country. The service is live in 15 states and several cities helping governments with one or more of the following processes – Pre-Covid triaging, Covid Positive Triaging, Home Isolation Monitoring and Plasma Management.

Teamwork Group, which has a decade of experience as a specialised healthcare communications advisory, has volunteered to take up the PR and communications mandate of the organization on a pro bono basis to help boost the larger fight against coronavirus.

The mandate for StepOne will be managed by the Delhi office of the agency with able support from its nation-wide team and associates to ensure strong positioning and greater visibility of StepOne among its target audiences.
