Text100 announces new leadership structure in North America and Asia

Text100, the global integrated communications agency, recently announced a new leadership structure for 2015.  The structure see changes in North America and Asia. Aedhmar Hynes, Chief Executive Officer, Text100 comments, “2014 has been an incredible year for our clients and our agency. We saw double digit growth in integrated services work; we integrated Bite and Text100 in Asia and mainland Europe*; continued to deliver award-winning client campaigns and were recognized by the industry for our people practices.  The new leadership structure will enable us to continue this momentum by focusing our leaders’ skills and expertise where our clients will benefit most.”

As part of the new structure, a number of appointments have been made: Ken Peters has been appointed Regional Director for Text100 North America and will join Text100’s Executive Leadership Team; Anne Costello, as Regional Director, Text100 Asia Pacific will run the expanded Text100 business following the completion of the integration with Bite Asia and Paul Mottram will become Managing Director, Integrated Strategy Asia Pacific taking on a new APAC leadership role to drive increased adoption of integrated services across Text100’s key clients.

Other roles on Text100’s Executive Leadership team remain unchanged with Aedhmar Hynes as Chief Executive Officer, Laurie Eisendrath as Chief Finance Officer, Cecile Missildine as Regional Director of Text100 EMEA and Sarah Mackenzie, as Executive Vice President responsible for acquisitions and global sales and marketing.

Ken Peters has been with Text100 for nearly 11 years and has led Text100’s North American operations on an interim basis for the last six months.  As Regional Director, North America, Peters will report into Text100’s CEO Aedhmar Hynes.  During his tenure at Text100, Peters has led the Boston office, North America sales and some of the agency’s largest global programs.  Peters will continue to be based in Boston and will spend time in Text100’s offices in New York, Rochester and San Francisco.

Anne Costello brings more than 11 years of Text100 multi-market client and operational experience to her role as Regional Director of the expanded Text100 Asia business. The integration of Bite and Text100 in Asia has created an agency of nearly 300 staff, more than 100 clients and provided additional digital and integrated communications skills in India, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.

Paul Mottram brings more than 20 years’ experience in the region, the last 13 of which at Bite, and previously Upstream Asia, to his new APAC leadership role. Mottram will drive increased adoption of integrated services across Text100’s key clients; develop strategic new business opportunities; and drive new integrated products, skills and thinking across the Asia business.  He will also continue to oversee Text100’s China business.
