Based on the popular Japanese video game franchise, this adventure film series laid the growing foundation among a new generation of moviegoer fans of the perfect zombie apocalypse genre. Starring the action figurine Milla Jovovich previously seen in Ultraviolet, comes another fierce show of strength, agility and extreme carnage from a single woman taking on the battle of the undead. Spanning over ten years and with six successful box-office record-breaking features, you can catch up with this cult classic binge airing this Sunday, 17th January, 2021, 1PM onwards only on &flix.
The films follow Alice (Milla Jovovich), a former security specialist and covert operative who battles the Umbrella Corporation, whose bioweapons have triggered a zombie apocalypse. Characters from the games appear, including Jill Valentine, Carlos Oliveira, Claire Redfield, Chris Redfield, Barry Burton, Leon S. Kennedy, Ada Wong and antagonists Albert Wesker, the head of Umbrella Corporation.
