‘The Reppro’ to focus on public relations and public policy consulting.

‘The Reppro’ (the reputation professional) is a new reputation advisory firm to have been launched with the objective of helping clients manage their critical stakeholders in media and government. ‘The Reppro’ has been founded by Amit Gupta, a Communications and Public policy Professional with work experience of nearly two decades with brands such as Discovery Channel, Coca-Cola, Oxford University Press and Pearson Education. 

Before founding ‘The Reppro’ Amit was the Head of Public Policy, India & Asia Pacific at Coursera. He has experience of engaging with senior stakeholders in media, government, industry associations and influencers. Headquartered in the Delhi-National Capital Region with a pan India support network ‘The Reppro’ will advise clients over four broad domains: public relations, public policy, corporate social responsibility, and social media management. 

The Reppro has Emma Duke, an award-winning PR and thought leadership specialist based in the UK on its Advisory Board and will seek to leverage her vast experience in managing reputation issues and crisis situations. The team at ‘The Reppro’ comprises of consultants from media, public relation agencies, non-profits, and multilateral organizations. Amit was part of the Public Affairs & Communications team at Coca-Cola India where he supported brand building and crisis mitigation efforts by working in conjunction with regulators, non-profits, and influencers. He was the head of corporate communications at Pearson Education and Oxford University Press India, where among other things he led teams on product launches, crisis and litigation communication, M&A comms and driving brand thought leadership. Amit has also been an advisor to several organizations for their media outreach strategy during his association with Archetype and Integral PR in the early phase of his career. 

In India, the Reppro will operate from Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru with a support network spanning Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Bhopal, Kolkata, and Chennai.
