About the Author

Jagdeep Parsram is a brand consultant and has spent over 45 years in the advertising and communications industry. His experience is spread over agencies such as Ulka, Lintas, HTA, Trikaya and Ogilvy & Mather, handling several multinational and local brands. He was CEO of Baccarose Cosmetics and Carat Integra during the formation of these companies, and CEO of Big Idea Advertising, Dubai. He founded Pentagram Integrated Communications in 1995 and a publishing venture, Big Idea Consulting, in 2008 for publishing a high-end magazine, JetWork, for Platinum and Gold members of the Jet Privilege loyalty programme.
