The year turning out to be big at NetworkPlay; Launches performance & restructuring

NetworkPlay Media Pvt Ltd, which runs Networkplay.in, India's only brand ad-network catering to multiple screens as touch points including Web, Mobile & DTH in the digital space and runs ad:tech under a JV with DMG Events is all set for its next level of growth and has undertaken a massive re-structuring effort along with re-branding of its businesses.

NetworkPlay's current team will be called "NetworkPlay Impact" and the entire team will be aligned under Hitesh Trehan, who will be the Business Head ' Impact and cater to the market in audience engagement through various solutions in Web, DTH & Mobile space. On this new role an excited Hitesh Trehan said, "I have been part of NetworkPlay for 2yrs now and the way we have built the organisation and catered the market through our different offerings has always been a big pride and today as we finish 2.5yrs of our existence, it is a feeling of euphoria having seen an organisation grow at such fast pace. I am looking forward to addressing every marketers need across the country and my team is super committed. "

The new launch of performance division at NetworkPlay will largely cater to the CPC & CPL market and is a highly operational intensive force and this division is called "NetworkPlay Results", which will be led by Jignesh Desai across India as Business Head ' Results. On this promotion Jignesh said, "I have been part of NetworkPlay from day zero and the way we have matured as an organisation was simply crafted from day one, we always knew we will get into the performance space but we had to make a mark on what we had embarked with, having done that now we believe we are ready to expand our horizons and our aim is pretty clear, in the next 9months we have to be the number one ad-network in terms of audience reach on Comscore and all efforts are under way to get there. Having been part of the performance team at Yahoo, we understand the space well and know exactly how we will deliver value to clients across board".

A team of 5 delivery experts and 4 sales people will work on this new project and with Right Media, Affiliates, Direct Alliances; NetworkPlay Results will have access to over 3B PVs from April 2011 and will cater to all aspects of performance with their new product engine absolutely ready to match the best in the space. All of operations are consolidated under Viren Anand, Director of Operations of NetworkPlay.

Sunil Punjabi erstwhile VP of Sales is now the Chief Revenue Officer of NetworkPlay handling all business revenues for NP and he is looking forward to the acceleration as he puts in. "For us acceleration has been the buzz word and we have never shied away from catering to the market needs as and when our offerings expanded and a client buys your pitch only when he sees value in it and we have always studied the need of the market carefully to come out with any offerings for the market. With our experience of the past we are all set to shake a few trees and will be working diligently with clients to meet all their business objectives. With the segmentation in our business, we are crystal clear on how we would be catering to different needs of the market in both brand solutions and performance metrics and with able leaders in Hitesh and Jignesh, we are all set".

Ad:tech will be run by Isha Shah who currently runs that business as its Director of Sales and Marketing and will continue to run that show along with Jaswant, Ampreet & Ram who hold dual responsibilities at NetworkPlay. There is also a foray into publishing with the licensing of Imediaconnection and the launch of the Indian site is scheduled for launch at ad:tech New Delhi.

Imediaconnection.in will be run by Namita Ved as its Associate Director.
