This year, April Fool's Day was no joke!
With the alarming spread of the COVID-19 and increasing number of fatalities, there were certainly no jokes, pranks and fun factor on April 1, which is observed as April Fool's Day. It seemed that COVID-19 had infected April Fool's Day. During these challenging times, Government bodies and brands have urged people to refrain from spreading fake news. Mumbai Police and Delhi Police, through their Twitter handles, also warned of strict action against anyone found indulging in spreading fake news on April Fool’s Day.
