How Did Toddle Originate?

Before founding Toddle in 2019, Parita Parekh, Nikhil Poonawala, Deepanshu Arora, Misbah Jafary, and Gautam Arora formed a worldwide preschool network. Each co-founder was affiliated with the local K through 12 school districts in their area.

Within the network, they were utilizing five teaching tools to educate the children, which complicated the education process as they were not all on the same page. This is how Toddle was born. The start-up transformed the quality of education that 40,000 teachers can give to students throughout the 100 participating countries in 1,500 different schools in those areas.

Where Do Most of Toddle's Revenue Come From?

Toddle sources most of its revenue, about 40%, from North America and South America. The Asia Pacific region and the Middle East and European countries each integrate another 30% of Toddle's revenue stream.

While they started the company in Bengaluru, India, only a maximum of 7% of revenue comes from Indian-based school districts. India's education system consists of 8.5 million teachers throughout 1.5 million schools on a mission to educate 250 million students during the school week.

Between 29% of children signing out of school before completing their elementary education and about 25 million primary school children not hitting the mark on their grade-appropriate comprehension of reading, spelling, and mathematics, these are all the more reasons for more Indian-based schools to join Toddle's network! Learning of their resources from a variety of educators worldwide can vary how each child grasps new concepts in the classroom as every material is tailored to different learning styles.

How Toddle Will Grow In the Coming Years

Toddle currently charges $25 for each student in a teacher's class to provide them with the benefits of high-quality teaching materials for various subjects daily. As the company increases its revenue, its short-term five-year goal is to start charging $100 for every student instead.

They have expanded their curricula-based offerings to that of the American format. Toddle continues to look for new curriculums to integrate into its software to stay consistent with competitor offerings.

One of their biggest goals is to integrate an education program for preschoolers worldwide into the Toddle system. As of now, their curricula offerings are for only K to 12 schooling needs. Since the founders originally formed a preschool network before Toddle originated, seeing a preschool system for the company will be the cherry on top of their success while returning to their roots.
