Triller drives 150Mn+ reach in India with Iconz competition

Triller, the AI-powered open garden technology platform for creators, launched an exclusive talent competition in India—Triller Iconz, giving the next generation of digital stars a launchpad for success and continued support on their journey to stardom.  The effort recognizes creators making a difference with their undeniable talent and drove a reach of over 150M during its month-long campaign.

Hours of user-generated content was produced during the contest, with creators competing in different categories, from dance, music, lifestyle, comedy, and “you do you.” Fifteen finalists got a chance to be mentored by celebrities Siddharth Nigam and Ashnoor Kaur for the title, and five winners were voted as Triller Iconz. The winners from each category were: Rohan Rajput (Comedy), Navneet Kaur (Lifestyle), Ajay Rana (Dance), Goldy Dhillon (“You Do You”), and Aditi Minglani (Music).

Furthering its efforts to promote budding talent, Triller also welcomes music icon Aditi Minglani to the talent roster. Triller Iconz participants were promoted across live sessions on Radio Mirchi and interviewed live. The top 45 creators got the chance to participate in the upcoming Triller IPs, and Live Hosting Sessions.

The top 150 contestants were rewarded with vouchers and merch boxes in partnership with PIVO, Cordelia, and Amazon. Five Triller Iconz winners won prizes worth INR 50 Lacs and a five-day vacation on a Cordelia Cruise. They were also rewarded with a certificate from Nas Academy and got the chance to meet international Triller influencers Markell Washington, Aisha Mian, and Azra Mian, who have a combined following of over 20 million on various social media platforms.
