The campaign, marketed by White Rivers Media, began by creating a buzz across digital platforms through short teaser video clips which saw celebrities claim to be the biggest fans, without disclosing the object of their admiration. In a final video, released on Doctor’s Day, the celebrities revealed that they turned into fans for doctors fighting at the frontline, who continue to inspire them and millions of others through their work.

Rahul Saini, co-founder, Tring, said, “The COVID-19 pandemic has brought in unprecedented times for all of us. Our frontline doctors and healthcare staff have been putting their lives at risk day in and day out to ensure the safety for others. They are the real superheroes fighting against the pandemic. Tring along with MrAtulKasbekar and Mr Manish Mundhra has been partnering with celebrities and has been urging our audience to make contributions towards delivering essential PPE kits to the hospitals in need. The campaign on Doctor’s Day was our way of thanking all the doctors for their tireless service. These superstars turning into their biggest fans and expressing their gratitude was a perfectly special way of doing it.”

The #WarAgainstCovid19 campaign was Tring’s contribution, through which they urged people to donate essential PPE kits for various hospitals across the country, and receive personalized gratification videos from their favourite celebrities. The campaign helped raise over 20,000 PPE kits, which are being distributed to hospitals in need.
