TV This Week | Colors sees a whopping rise in viewership

Its the second last week of the year and majority of the channels have seen a good growth. The channels have seen a consistent positions through the last couple of weeks.

Guess its needless to say that Star Plus is on the number one spot. The channel has seen a drop from 661 million GVTs last week to 637 million GVTs this week. There is indeed a week left to cope up with the viewership.

At number two is Viacom18's Colors which saw a good increase from 450 million GVTs in week 50 to 500 million GVTs in week 51.

At number three is Zee TV which saw a stupendous growth from 398 million GVTs to 474 million GVTs in week 51. Indeed a good start during the end of the year.

At number four is Life OK which saw a substantial growth from 289 million GVTs in week 50 to 327 million GVTs in week 51.

The fifth spot is occupied by Sony SAB. The channel saw a marginal increase as compared to other channels from 288 million GVTs in week 50 to 310 million GVTs in week 51.

Lastly, at the sixth spot is Sony Entertainment Television which also saw some growth in viewership from 240 million GVTs in week 51 as compared to 229 million GVTs in week 50.

In the premium GEC world, Rishtey saw a fall from 67 million GVTs last week to 64 million GVTs this week. Zindagi and Sony PAL also saw a decline from 33 million GVTs to 32 million GVTs and 31 million GVTs to 25 million GVTs respectively.
