TV this week: Life OK takes a stupendous leap in Week 7

This week it is seen that among GECs Life OK from STAR India’s stable has seen an upward trend and overtaken SAB TV and scored 142 GRPs in week 7(last week 124 points)

With this Life OK now has reached 5th position and SAB TV is in the 6th place with 136 points as against last weeks 132 GRPs inspite of their flagship property  Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltaah Chashmah which is still among the Top 5 shows of the week.

In week 7 Star Plus continues to  remain at the 1st position although they have lost five points and garnered 259 GRPs as against last week’s 264 GRPs

In second position is Zee TV which has garnered 226 GRPs and have seen a drop from their 243 GRPs of week 6.  Viacom’s 18’s channel  Colors has maintained it’s third position in Week 7 and dropped one  point to garner 205 GRPs (last week 206 GRPs)

Sony is in the 4th position with 164 GRPs and are up 4 points from last weeks 160 GRPs.

Sahara One has registered 26 GRPs and have gained two points as against 24 GRPs of week 6  which brings them to the 7th position this week.

Where ratings are concerned Diya Aur Bati Hum is at the top of list . The show on Star Plus has clocked a TVR of 5.0 and is closely followed by another property belonging to the same  channel viz. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain at No. 2 with 4.9 TVRs.

Balika Vadhu is at no. 3 with 4.7 TVRs followed by Zee TV’s Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke  with 4.6 TVRs which is presently takes the fourth place. Color’s Sasural Simar Ka and SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah share the 5th spot with 4.2 TVRs each.

In 6th place is Star’s Pyaar Ka Dard Hai with 4.1 TVRs and lastly week 7 sees the seventh position shared by Zee TV's Qubool Hai and Star Plus' Saathiya Saath Nibhana, which have clocked TVRs of 3.7 each.

The tenth most watched programme on Life OK Mahadev has garnered 3.6 TVRs in week seven as per  the data (C&S, 4+, HSM) provided by the TAM subscribers.
