TV this week: SONY bounces back; Gains 2nd position
TAM data of week 21 is out and it has revealed some interesting changes. Sony has beaten Zee TV to grab the second position this week. Sony has added 9 GRPs over the week securing 219 GRPs; which has made it the highest gainer of the week in the Hindi General Entertainment space.
Zee TV is at the third position with 218 GRPs (last week 213). Sony and Zee TV came too close in the battle for GRPs this week. Colors stands at the fourth position.
Star continues to lead the category with 266 GRPs in week 21 of TAM (last week 262). Interestingly, Star’s daily soap Diya Aur Bati Hum has grabbed a 6.3 TVR.
Thus, Star, Sony and Zee TV have managed to add GRPs over the week. Colors recorded 201 GRPs this week losing 12 GRPs (last week 213).
Life OK also recorded a loss of 10 GRPs as it recorded 113 GRPs (last week 123).
Sony SAB has bounced back to the fifth position after being overtaken by Life OK last week. Sony SAB garnered 115 GRPs (last week 116).Life OK slipped to the sixth position.
Sahara One has recorded 41 GRPs this week (last week 39).
