TV this week: Star's Diya Aur Bati Hum tops the chart with 5.99 TVR; Pushes the sibling to No. 2

It seems that the year didn't start well for the channels. Though Star lost huge number of GRPs this week but continues to remain on the first position. Star Plus after losing 24 GRPs recorded 287 GRPs this week whereas Sony lost 10 GRPs and registered 226 GRPs but remains at the 2nd position.

Colors which slipped to the third position last week recorded 208 GRPs after losing 5 GRPs this week. Also Zee TV and SAB TV remain at the 4th and 5th position respectively. ZEE TV lost 4 GRPs and recorded 180 GRPs whereas SAB TV recorded 130 GRP's this week, after gaining 6 GRPs.

Life Ok which took a huge jump last week remains at the 6th position just gained 2 GRPs this time and recorded 100GRPs. Imagine TV sticks to the 7th position with 58 GRPs, lost 6 GRPs this week.

Now coming to the program chart, after a long time there is a shift in the first two positions. Star's show Diya Aur Bati Hum tops the chart this time recorded 5.99 TVR. Saath Nibhana Sathiya which has been at the top position since so many weeks has slipped to the second position and registered 5.81. This time the third position is taken over by Balika Vadhu with 4.91 TVR whereas the fourth position is taken over by Sony Entertainment's show, C.I.D which recorded 4.70.
