UpGrad & InvestIndia officially launch the StartUp India Learning Program

UpGrad and InvestIndia have officially launched the Startup India Learning Program. The online program, a joint initiative of UpGrad, InvestIndia and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, is a first-of-its-kind up-skill opportunity for aspiring and experienced entrepreneurs. The launch comes after UpGrad and InvestIndia had joined forces in 2016 to educate +10, 00,000 aspiring and experienced entrepreneurs through a unique learning experience. The program has now officially been launched as part of the 1-year anniversary celebrations of the StartUp India Action Plan which was hosted by Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi.

The StartUp India Learning Program, which includes guest lectures from leading industry professionals as well as insights from Indian entrepreneurs such as Deep Kalra (makemytrip), Dhiraj Rajaram (MuSigma) and Harsh Mariwala (Marico) has seen a strong demand with +18,000 pre-registrations within the last 7 days. It covers areas such as Product-Market-Fit, Finance, Legal as well as Compliances and supports founders through dedicated business plan templates, guidelines for company registrations and many more features. Individuals who complete the program successfully avail an official Certification from InvestIndia and UpGrad. Through the online technology, the program is accessible anywhere and anytime. Individuals can go through the content at their own pace and network with other entrepreneurs across India in an interactive discussion forum. The program is available in both English and Hindi.
