Veteran advertising professional Vandana Sethi announced the launch of her new outfit "Water Brand Consulting". Water will offer clients MARKETING & COMMUNICATION consultancy across various verticals such as FMCG, Consumer Durables, Services, Interior Space and more.

Explaining the rationale, Vandana said "Brand communications are an investment, not an expense. Hence, they should be judged on Return on investment, in the short run, long run or both. The process is art. But its success is in mathematics! Water is mandated to apply its unique, result oriented communication -approach to deliver visible growth to brands".

Water Brand Consulting is an inspiration from "water' to empower the life of brands with communications that make a measurable change. Water is the vision of a whole new precision and crispness in brand building and brand management drills through efficient advertising deliverance.

Water begins with a diverse portfolio of brands including Nutricharge (Nutritional Supplement for men-endorsed by Amitabh Bachchan), Marshalls Wallpapers (India's only wallpaper brand), Future Generali (Direct communication duties) and more.

After a stint with Kelvinator and Arms Bozell, Vandana Sethi helped set up "Span Communication's Mumbai office'. In a little over these 3 years, Span Mumbai shot to the big league winning accounts like the Indian Oil, the Incredible India, Alcatel, Geo mobile phones & more. A portfolio of over 20 brands (Like Nuwud MDF, Finolex Roofing, Gewiss Switches, Ilti Luci Lights, Evernova Kitchens, Diamond Sinks, Hurtado, Prince Pipes & Marshalls Wallpapers) in the interiors-space and proprietary events to support branding in the category (Annual Architects' Meet) stand testimony.

According to Vandana the key reasons favoring the rapid growth of the Indian communications sector are the demographic and economic factors buoying India's development, technological advancement, increasing penetration of communication mediums, policy initiatives of the Indian government to increase FDI and the increased participation of private media companies have been the other key drivers of the industry.
