Verizon Media to merge Oath business in India with Yahoo SDC

Verizon Media, a division of Verizon Communications that focuses on media and online business, will consolidate its India business under Oath Global Brands India Pvt. Ltd. and Yahoo Software Development India Pvt. Ltd. into a single entity.

The company has obtained the order from National Company Law Tribunal for the merger which will be effective from 1 July. All communications for the new entity will be under the name of Yahoo SDC as Oath India shall cease to exist as a legal entity.
