Veteran ad man Alyque Padamsee passes away
Today morning, news broke on Twitter that Alyque Padamsee who helped build Lintas in India and made it one of the top creative agencies in the country has passed away. He was aged 90. He was the CEO of Lintas India and went on to become the Regional Coordinator for Lintas in South Asia before he retired.
His creative portfolio includes memorable ads such as Lalitaji for Surf, Cherry Charlie for Cherry Blossom Shoe Polish, the MRF Muscle Man, the Liril girl in the waterfall, the Kamasutra couple, and Hamara Bajaj.
