Viola Davis and Quantico star Priyanka Chopra to feature on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

The hugely popular American late-night talk show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! is here to tickle your funny bone. India’s favourite English Entertainment Channel Star World and Star World HD has brought the show to its viewers for the very first time in India at a primetime 10 pm slot. The first episode aired on 23rd September 2015 and will be showcased on weeknights.

This season started with a bang with American television host and author, Bill O’Reilly making an appearance on the first episode. He was joined by ‘The Muppets’ stars, Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy. Last week saw some big names like Kerry Washington, James Taylor and Shonda Rhimes, chatting up with Jimmy Kimmel.

The season has lots more in store for its viewers as the coming days will see Emmy award winner Viola Davis, actor and musician Michael Pena, American rapper LL Cool J and Bollywood and ‘Quantico’ star Priyanka Chopra feature on the show.

The Emmy nominated ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ is known for its humorous and quirky celebrity interviews. The show covers Hollywood news and gossip, comic stand-up acts, music concerts amongst a host of other things. The past seasons have seen the biggest names from the U.S to include President Barack Obama, Meryl Streep, Tom Cruise, Robert Downy Jr., John Stamos, Simon Cowell, David Beckham, Mila Kunis, Paul McCartney and many more. The program also features fantastic performances from artists such as Coldplay, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga and Adele amongst others.

The best part is that our audiences will not have to wait too long as it is currently being aired right after the international telecast. I am sure that our Indian viewers have already got a gist of the level of entertainment that the show has to offer with the guests that appeared on the show last week. There is lots more in store for them as the show still has a fantastic line up of celebrities which I am sure will receive some great response too”
