Vishnu Mohan steps down as Chairman & CEO, Havas Group

Vishnu Mohan has quit Havas Group as Chairman and CEO Southeast Asia, India and North Asia after spending 25 years with the company. Mohan will continue to serve as the chairman of the Vivendi Committee and will report to Simon Gillham, member of the Vivendi Management Board. 

After Moran's departure, Alberto Canteli, CEO of Havas Group in Middle East and Eastern Europe will extend his remit to include Southeast Asia and North Asia. Rana Barua will continue as group CEO. Both of them will report to Global CEO Havas Creative Group Chris Hirst and Global CEO Havas Media Group, Peter Mears
